This park is now run by AWA properties and does NOT have any amenities except basic cable is provided (no bath house/laundry). We loved it being close to shopping yet woodsy and out of site of traffic. We lived here fultime for nearly a year. The electric is not metered..included in the rent. There are only 2 pull thru sites. Mrs Watson still lives in big house behind park. I'd highly recommend this park for someone working in the Montgomery area.

Great in/out stopping place for big rigs on Interstate 10.Super friendly people with very clean facilities.There are trains close. Owners live on site and very accommodating. Small country store and propane.

Owner operators did not have regular hours-hard to reach at times. Mowing was needed often. Security gate didn't work often. Nice woodsy atmosphere with sites right on river for tents but not RV's. Small camp store and laundry available. Some trailers were pretty slummy looking that parked there full-time.
